* Blasters Playing in Adidas College Showcase on Monday January 16, 2012 and in a college showcase at the Binghamton Dome on January 22, 2012.
* Blasters Sign up to play in ENY Premier League for the Spring of 2012. The team waits to hear if they are accepted in this league. If accepted in this league it gurantees we are eligable to play in the State Cup this year. Hope to hear back soon.
* The Blasters wait to hear if they are accepted to play in the Jefferson Cup located in Richmond VA. The Jefferson Cup turns away about 300 teams per year and is seen as the top five tournaments in the country. We find out Jan 21 if we are in.

* Second session fees are out please log on and make payments, also be sure to check your emails and respond accordingly.
* Blasters play at CNY Jones Rd Christmas tournament in the U17-U19 bracket and walk away Champions with 4 wins and a tie. The girls beat the team they tied (1-1), 4-0 in the Championship game. The team adjusted well after the second game and decided to play a slow game with alot of passing and movement off ball. That combined with great defense and goal keeping play made for a great night for the girls. The Blasters scored 16 goals and gave up 1 goal. Great job girls.
*Blasters accepted to play in the NEWSS (National Elite Women's Soccer Showcase) event Thanksgiving weekend in Long Island, NY.
*Blasters win Salt City Tournament- The Blasters go undefeated beating Empire in the finals. The girls played great defense in the final game and Erin O'Connor scores three goals.

Blasters Region 1 player!
Our very own #6 Ashley Williams attended Region 1 ID camp and has been selected to represent Region 1 in Las Vegas in February. In Rhode Island Ashley competed with over 250 girls from 15 states to earn a spot to compete with our US Region 1 team. Please congratulate Ashley on this great accomplishment, I know her team, coaches and parents are all proud of her. Updates to follow.Update: Ashley will be heading out to Las Vegas Feb 7th for a chance to compete and make the US National team pool. She will also be trying to compete for a spot on the regional team to play in Brazil, Spain or Russia. Good Luck Ash.
We would also like to congratulate Mariah Williams, Stacy DiGiorgio, Alex Yorke, Emille Mull and Ellie Bortiatinski on making the 2011-2012 teams with ENY North ODP and NYW ODP. Keep up the hard work.
